PACTA Knowledge Hub (the "Hub") provides comprehensive information on [Paris Agreement Capital Transition Assessment (PACTA](https://www.transitionmonitor.com/)), the online tool, usage, methodologies and interpretation of results. 

The Hub is a step-by-step guide for all PACTA users. The Hub provides users with the following information on:
