# Share Report Offline

## 1. We recommand usage of Google Chrome or Firefox

The following description is based on the process in [`Google Chrome.`](https://www.google.com/intl/de/chrome/)

 We tested the process on Google Chrome and Firefox. It may also work in other browsers in a similar way.

## 2. Open your report 

There is no need to adjust the report. It will be exported with all functionalities and charts. 

## 3. Click right and choose "Save as" 

Point the cursor on the report, click right and then select "Save as" / "Speichern unter"

## 4. Choose location and save "Website, complete" 

Ensure that the option to save the complete (komplette / vollständige) option is selected. A folder and a separate file will be saved.

## 5. Always share both items: File and Folder 

Ensure that the option to save the complete (komplette / vollständige) option is selected. A folder and a separate file will be saved

## 6. Open the report offline

Ensure, that both item (folder and file) are saved (for instance on an USB device). Open the html file, the file beside the folder to access the interactive report. 

If you open the folder, you might only see some of the charts.
